Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Your satisfaction is always my #1 priority and I hope that you love every piece you receive from me. Every order will come with a goodie bag with various items like candy, stickers or small crystals!

GENERAL RULES & STATEMENTS

I respect your time and I work hard to ship as fast as I can. Processing time is expected to be between 3-7 days. Any delays in shipping will be communicated via Instagram @starlitestones or on TikTok @starlitestones.

Please allow extra time for delivery if you are an international customer.

After IG feed sales or LIVE sales, payment is due within 24 hours. Non-payers will be blocked and banned from participating in future sales.

RETURN POLICIES

I do NOT allow cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges. Please shop confidently, responsibly and intentionally. All orders are packed with care using bubble wrap and packing peanuts. It is important to me that your pieces travel to you safely. If an item arrives damaged, photographic proof of the damage along with your order number must be sent to me via Instagram message @starlitestones within 24 hours of receiving your package in order to be eligible for a shop credit.

SHIPPING

Once your package is shipped, your package becomes the responsibility of USPS. Any lost package claims/ inquiries must go through USPS and not through me as I will have no access to your items after they are shipped out.

You may purchase the "USPS Priority Mail" shipping option at check-out to receive faster shipping and up to $100 in insurance for your package if USPS damages or loses your parcel. 

The cost of shipping your items will be automatically calculated by the weight and size of your package at checkout. Orders only ship once paid in FULL. We currently offer international shipping to select regions through UPS or USPS. DM me to verify if your country is included in our shipping program or navigate to the drop down menu on our website to select your country's currency (all of the countries in the drop down menu are where we currently ship to).

INSTAGRAM OR TIKTOK SALES

There are NO swaps, put-backs or switching pieces before, during or after the live sale. (These same rules apply to Instagram feed/story sales.) Please claim responsibly. I do allow "SOS" help claims. In a live sale, the first person to type in the item's code that's written on the sticker will win the item. I ONLY go by who comes in first on MY device, it may look different on your screen due to lag and input delays. Your Instagram or TikTok username will be the title of your listing which will be found under the "Custom Listings" tab on the website. Ghosters or non-payers willl be blocked after no payment or communication is made within the 24 hour payment period. Ghosted items will be made available again for sale.
